Both also hold an equal 50% stake in General Motors India Private Limited. BMW and Brilliance have a three way partnership known as BMW Brilliance. BMW owns a 50% stake, Brilliance owns a forty.5% stake, and the Shenyang municipal authorities owns a 9.5% stake.
